I had quite a long, complex purchase and Nelson, Milton and the team were always there to help me, answer my questions and guide me through the process and made sure I finally got the mortgage offer in the end. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable, respond promptly, move the process along quickly and maintain communication all the way through. Furthermore, because they had multiple people working on my case, they were able to do things incredibly quickly and effectively. Wouldn't have been possible without them and cannot thank them enough.
