Good level of customer service, quick responses and happy to converse in the medium that suits you. Overall impressed with Marianna FS. Very happy to recommend. One suggestion for Marianna would be to alter pricing model for when the recommendation is to stay with current provider. I'd be surprised if this this option doesn't reduce workload.

I had quite a long, complex purchase and Nelson, Milton and the team were always there to help me, answer my questions and guide me through the process and made sure I finally got the mortgage offer in the end. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable, respond promptly, move the process along quickly and maintain communication all the way through.
